The lobby is opened at 8AM for intake of surgical patients. You may visit us at this time, but please note our intake process takes about 45 minutes and we will cater to our scheduled patients for the day first.
The best time to visit is Monday through Friday from 9AM to 3PM. We start discharging patients at 3PM.
We have one phone line which may get rather busy. All voicemails clearly stating a name and phone number will be returned within the next business day from 9AM to 3PM, if not sooner.
Email (email@example.com) is the best way to reach us! Our lobby is often full, and emails may be answered during our intake and discharge process.
The lobby closes after the last cat is discharged at 4PM. This allows the staff to perform a full deep cleaning of the entire clinic. We have a very strict disease control protocol which includes the sanitization of any items or equipment which came into contact with the patient including floors, walls, cabinets, kennels, surgery suite, prep room, etc. The evening cleaning process takes a lot of time which is why our lobby closes at 4:30PM. The front office staff is very involved in our deep cleaning so phone calls may be limited from 9AM to 3PM.
